The FAULT indicator blinks if the current circuit fuse is burnt out. This may be checked by
installing, between the S and E terminals, a resistance within the range 1 -1000 W , then by
shorting the E and H terminals (with the bar 4 open and the test leads disconnected). If the
FAULT indicator is still blinking, replace the fuse. Remove the battery trap-door, unscrew the
fuse holder, take out the fuse and replace it by a fuse of the same type (0.1 A - 250 V). Put
back the battery trap-door.
