Thank you for sending across the Group form, we shall be sending you a Pro-forma Invoice for the Registrations
As advised by you in the previous email you will not be going forward with the accommodation request therefore only registration invoice will be sent to you for payment procedures
Once the payment has been successfully processed/received we will then send you the confirmation letters for each attendee which they need to present at the registration desk during the Congress date to collect their name badge and congress materials
