Again, late cultivars with lower EC50 values
showed higher antioxidant capacity than early cultivars
(Table 3). Taking into account the AE parameter, fresh
late cultivars, Rubi (6.1 10-4) and Zeva (10.17 10-4),
showed higher AE values than fresh early cultivars,
Autumn Bliss (4.36 10-4) and Heritage (4.02 10-4)
(Table 3).
