My topic is “Service and Introduce Product: Implications for Planning and Management Department”. I think that it’s very important thing for Government Saving Bank and its benefit for officers work life. In any department should to offer the opportunity to develop service and IT skills for officer. The Bank should to have orientation program for new employer before their workday start and the bank should to have workshop for training old employees to understand about the information system in the same way. The Bank should to recruit temporary banks employee. If they provide solve training courses in department can help employees have qualified in the following areas:
