Ensuring technical IT support for the employees of the company (helpdesk level 1);
Debugging and checking updates, signatures, installing and maintaining the working stations;
Diagnosis, repairing and upgrading computers, modifying and adding new working stations in the network (cables, configuration, switches);
Management of the hardware & software inventory;
Repairing problems related to printers (medium level).
//The Data and Documentation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Ocean Import team with data and documentation distribution, opening the files used by departments and branches to track, control, bill and manage shipments from Asia to North America. Principle accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Effective and efficient data entry for File shipment creation
• Container / Shipment Internet Tracking & Tracing
• Container / Shipment Tracking & Tracing via telephone
• Follow-up on documents from Schenker overseas office
• Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve quickly
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Distribution of arrival notices, pick-up numbers, hold/examination notices, freight invoices and other ancillary charges, notices or invoices.
• Check and verify Tango reports to ensure shipment activation in a timely fashion
• Print documents from Origin offices
• Creation of Admin orders for Tango
• Timely and Effective follow-up on documents from Schenker overseas office
• Consistently meets strict deadlines in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
