summary of each lesson with homework to apply the skills taught in
that lesson, (b) automated emails that encourage adherence and reinforce
progress, (c) a secure email system for communication between
the therapist and participant, (d) additional online resources about
skills not described in the lessons, including communication, assertiveness,
and sleep-hygiene skills and (e) stories about peoplewho have recovered
from anxiety and depression
