However prior to any forfeiture of the security deposit by the Lessor, the Lessor shall serve a notice in writing to the Lessee to remedy the breach or subject matter forming the complaint hereunder and provide the Lessee with a remedy period. In the event the remedy period is not sufficient, in particular where works to be undertaken by the Lessee require investigatory activity, repair work, plumbing, electrical or other like works which rely on the services of third parties then the Company shall grant a remedy period which shall be sufficient to enable the Lessee to remedy the said breach, provided always the additional time to cure such a breach does not cause loss to the Company or its other tenants.
