Hello SIRIPORN PETCHAMNAN,
Having defined your objectives, we are sending you one or more personalized learning programs. This program or programs have been sent to you and are available in your student portal.
"Introductory Skills 1
The Learning Path Introductory Skills 1 will enable you to engage in short interactions in simple standard situations. You will be capable of greeting people and introducing yourself. You will be able to convey basic information about yourself and your environment, such as your age, nationality, occupation, family, and pets. You will be capable of asking and understanding simple questions and answers when the other person speaks slowly and has a familiar accent.
Introductory Skills 2
The Learning Path Introductory Skills 2 will enable you to engage in simple interactions about familiar, routine topics. You will be able to talk about your activities, likes and dislikes, and weekly schedule, as well as those of the people around you. You will be capable of describing yourself and others, including physical characteristics, feelings, and dress, using short, simple sentences. You will be able to communicate the date and say where things are. You will be capable of asking and understanding simple questions and answers when the other person speaks slowly and has a familiar accent.
Beginner: Reading & Writing
The “Reading & writing” learning program allows students to become familiar with the vocabulary, verb forms, and syntax of the target language. This learning program aims at greater precision using the language and greater mastery of the reflexes of written skills, including spelling.
Following a functional progression (teaching language elements according to their usefulness), this learning program suggests basic exercises (fill-in-the-blanks exercises, for instance), alternating with complete texts (“Dialogue” or “Cultural Texts”) and sentence transformation exercises.
Beginner: Speaking & Listening
The “Speaking & Listening” learning program allows students to work on and improve their pronunciation and spoken language skills. This program includes pronunciation exercises and guided speaking activities.
Systematic detection of pronunciation or intonation errors, as well as an oral assessment component, allows students to target their weaker points and helps them to improve.
Students are immersed in an authentic context of everyday spoken language, familiarized with different types of native pronunciation, and simulate conversations on everyday topics. They work on both listening and speaking skills through various activities (“Video”, “Dialogue”, pronunciation and phonetics exercises, word searches, crosswords, etc.) so as to be able to understand and produce meaningful discourse.
Beginner: Vocabulary
The “Vocabulary” learning program allows students to approach the language using a vocabulary focus.
The texts proposed realistically reflect how the language is used in an authentic communicative context. Students can therefore easily reuse the terms and structures they have learned.
This learning program includes several target exercises, grouped around carefully selected topics. Activities include: “Word Association,” “Grammar Exercise,” “Words and Themes,” “Keywords,” etc.
Beginner: Grammar
The “Grammar” learning program allows students to discover and understand how the language works by treating grammatical structures and syntax. After the grammatical and syntactical rules have been approached implicitly and inductively, they are then put into practice with a series of specific activities (conjugation and morphological exercises, word order activities, classifying words according to their part of speech, etc.).
After completing this learning program, students will have appropriated the rules and structures of the language allowing them to express themselves and to communicate with greater certainty.
Beginner: All skills
The “All skills” learning program allows students to work on all the skills and knowledge areas of the target language.
All the activities, resources and exercises of the TELL ME MORE method are included, enabling students to establish a close link between comprehension and production. This varied learning program includes all the lessons for one level of the method and allows students to review concepts and rules they have already learned, to maintain their current level, or to progress even further. Reading, writing, speaking and listening, as well as grammar and vocabulary, are all included."
This program or programs are based on the objectives you have selected.
Enjoy your language training!
Sincerely,
E-Learning Training Department.
