7.3.2.2 HR Manager shall issue Termination letter to the concerned Employee.
7.3.2.2.1 HR Manager shall send the Termination letter at his/her residence if the concerned Employee is not reporting for work.
7.3.3 HR Manager / Supervisor shall conduct an Exit Interview to the concerned Employee prior leaving the Company.
7.3.4 HR Manager / Supervisor shall collect the issued Company properties to concerned employees.
