(Laughs). It is interesting you know. When I was Prime minister and we had to deal with certain policies on the security side, for instance on the southern insurgency issue. I insisted that there must be greater accountability, that we should begin to remove some of the special laws that apply there, that we should engage in dialogue, though not open dialogue,that is not what the government decided to have. I had to persuade the military. But they were on board, they cooperated. So it is not impossible for them to adapt, but you need political will and you need to be forceful about it. You said the last time you met me that was at the height of the tensions in 2010. You know at the time the military were willing to say to me, as a civilian prime
