takes 8 ounces of water to metabolize
1 ounce of alcohol. The morning-after
headache is often due to
the loss of fluids which the body has
used for alcohol metabolism.
It all boils down to this — plain water is
the ideal beverage — no calories, inexpensive,
and readily available.
