Location: Laksi, Bangkok
Job Descriptions:
Implement and upkeep of Company’s dealer standards.
Determine and manage dealer profiles.
Report problem, status and attitude of dealer network to management.
Drive dealer profitability, encourages dealers to participate in all service schools, programs and sales training opportunities.
Regularly conduct dealer visits.
Maintain strong communication channels with all dealers to ensure necessary support is given to assist them in attaining sales and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of Law or Business related fields.
3-5 years retail sales experience in automotive industry.
Knowledge in sales administration and distribution, and customer service experience.
Hold Assistant Manager level experience for 2 years is required.
Good negotiation and presentation skill.
Proficient in communication in English both written and spoken.
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
Ability to do multiple-task in fast paces environment.
Basic knowledge of laws and regulations is preferred.
