You must inform the Company promptly of a lost or stolen card. You are responsible for all damages and losses that occur from negligence on your part and the Company shall not be held liable.
1. If you have lost the card or the card has been damaged, the desk in charge will re-issue it for you after first verifying your identity. The card will be issued immediately upon your application. 2. Holders of Silver Membership Cards cannot save comps with a card that has passed the expiry date.
