What am I supposed to be feeling? I am using headphones. I've spent a long time in meditation (appallingly difficult - I have OCD) and yoga (very helpful) and have experimented with various devices.

+Scott Bridge I thought so also Scott, but I researched his initial technique from the 80's and he uses the rule of 3 in his audio tracks. 1: Isochonic Tones 2: Binaural beats 3: Hypersonic synchronization. I found the article a month ago and am trying to locate it again to send the link but I found very interesting he used all 3 in the majority of his tracks. I ordered the Lamba CD from his site and it is wicked amazing.

This is binaural. If this were isochronic you would be hearing pulses. As far as I know, Jeffrey Thompson has never used isochronic tones, only binaural.
