The two invoices I received don't have any currency stated (by amounts it is clear that they are in Thai Bath). They are verified and correct. But I still haven't received one Invoice with total amount. As I understand Suresh, the currency of the invoices need to be in USD. Please provide them to me, so I can cross check with the invoice specification I received and confirm the amount to Suresh.
I think since this is our first time processing payroll with Adecco Thailand, I would like to make sure we are all aligned on the roles and form of the documents.
Please note, that according to personal data protection legislation and Veyance policy, associates salary details are confidential and only HR (Bojana and myself) and direct supervisors (Gregory and Vinod) are allowed to know them. That is the reason why we also need to have the invoice without specification.
Please check the process in the table below and provide feedback.

On the Veyance side the roles are as follows:
• owner of the process: Alenka, Bojana Novak Hladnik substitution when Alenka absent
• to be informed: Gregory Ho, Bojana Novak Hladnik, Vinod Raju
• Billing/payment process from Veyance side will be carried out by finance team: Suresh Kannan, Megha Katkar
