The other kind of financing is BOOT; Build, Own, Operate, transfer. BOOT is when a financing company owns the solar PV array. The owner does not but it. The financing company sells electricity to the owner (Roesewood) and makes it money based on the savings of the cost of electricity. Usually after a period of 25 years the owner (Rosewood) will pay off the PV array cost. I have attached an example of a proposal for a BOOT arrangement you can look at.
