The groups consisting of receptionists and social workers were equal by gender (p=0.000), as found by the analysis of the chi square test. Between them, there were no statistically signifi- cant differences in age. We measured that difference with t-test for independent samples (t-test = 6.498 with p = 0.000). We also tested the difference in age between the social workers’ clients and hotel guests (t-test = −4.207, with p = 0.000) and found that among the clients there were no statistical differences in age. The vari- able age in both groups was normally distributed (significance of Kolmogorov–Smirnov test is 0.000).
