A world about the international cooperation.
The international cooperation is quite important for the developing countries to progress.
This international cooperation for development is old, but in most cases, it failed to achieve its goals.
Perhaps the strategies should be revised. Franz-Heidhues et al., (2004) said that too often, donors have instituted reporting and monitoring requirements that place their internal institutional needs ahead of the need of the recipient countries. Donors should agree on a coordinated and unified monitoring and evaluation system that serves primarily to improve policy implementation in recipient countries.
