We will communicate Total Compensation for the 2015 performance year in March 2016, rather than in February as in previous years. This new timetable will allow us more time to assess our full year performance, and only then to finalise compensation decisions. Our priority is to pay fairly and not just quickly, and to strike an appropriate balance between rewards for our employees and those for our shareholders. Managers will receive comprehensive briefing and training materials in advance of the communication date in March. In addition, further information will be provided in employees’ individual award statements and in our 2015 Annual Report.
