Notification Types
The types of notifications available to you will depend on your subscription type. This is a list of all the notification types that are available, regardless of subscription. To confirm which preferences are available to you, visit Notification Preferences.
Order Notifications: Notifies you via e-mail or text message when you receive an order. You also can enable alerts for FBA orders and inbound shipments.
Returns Notifications: Notifies you via e-mail when you receive a return request for a seller-fulfilled order.
Amazon Fulfillment Order Notifications: Notifies you via e-mail when a return request is received for an Amazon-fulfilled (FBA) order.
Claims Notifications: Alerts you when a buyer is disputing a charge.
Listing Notifications: Confirms via e-mail when a listing is created or closed.
Report Notifications: Lets you know when a scheduled report is available. Choose from four different reports: open listings, order fulfillment, sold listings, and cancelled listings.
