(1) Whenever a part is processed, the worker or a relief person places the shoiko for the processing item near the container for completed parts or in the designated place. (Read the part No. before bringing the shoiko to prevent wrong ones being placed.)
(2) Replenish the stock of labels
1) Leader or the relief person supplies the labels for customer delivery and the labels for internal use.
2) Manufacturing instruction labels are supplied to the shoiko by the worker, team leader or relief person from the production information board.
(Be sure to double-check the part No. on the product sample or the sample label when replenishing the labels.)
(3) Worker or relief person checks the part No. and takes the required number of labels from the shoiko when attaching the label on the container for completed parts.
(Refer to customer label manual or in-house label manual when attaching the labels.)
Worker or relief person removes the shoiko after the container holding completed parts are properly labeled, and sets it on the next empty pallet.
(4) Supervisor conducts line patrols to make sure that shoiko is properly used and kept. In the event of any mishandling, correction is instructed and followed.
