In the Invoice and Packing List and the Airwaybill, the Consignee is Whessoe Sdn Bhd.
For the Airwaybill and for clearance in Bangkok, the C/O is ARE.
Please see Shipment 210, where in the Airwaybill, ARE is the Consignee.
For the Invoice and Packing List the C/O is CHK but Consignee in all document is still Whessoe Sdn Bhd.
The C/O should not be grounds for none clearance.
Incidentally, when we were officially notified for Air Freight clearance purpose, the Notifying Party is Freight Mark and not ARE.
I have no records of Freight Mark being the Notifying Party for all Air Freight Shipment to Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok.
Please proceed to clear this cargo as soon as possible and deliver to site.
