I have realized throughout the self-analysis there are some main strengths which can make
me outstanding as a manager for the future. Firstly, I am a person who has responsible with my work
and I am a fast learner. The Belbin Team Role reports, illustrates that I got Completer Finisher and
Specialist as my preferred roles which means I have ability of getting things done with high standard
and accuracy. Moreover, I am at good focusing on details of any work that I am responsible for by
undertaking it carefully in order to create high efficiency. From all the things that were mentioned
above, I am a person that the organization can rely on because of my responsibility and capacity for
utilization.
Moreover, I am a person who cares and understands other feeling. The emotional intelligence
questionnaire results, interprets that I am a person with high empathy who takes an active interest in
their concerns. At the workplace before I take action with other people, I would think about feelings
and perspectives of other people, if I were them. My last strength is good for the company particularly
for my future subordinates because my strengths can indicate that I am a listener who is not
autocratic.
