I’m not sure if you have seen the news, but the merger between Triton Container International Limited and TAL International Group, Inc. has just closed. We are excited about the formation of our new company, Triton International Limited.
The combined fleets and complimentary product lines of our new company offer our customers the products they need in the right locations around the world. The combination of our people offers an unprecedented level of specialist knowledge, experience and exemplary customer service.
I am proud to let you know I am continuing as your sale representative and will manage all aspects of our relationship going forward. I will follow up with your team shortly on any changes with our day contacts, and if needed provide updates to the primary points of contact at Triton International.
While we have made significant progress in integrating our field operations around the world, systems development will take a little longer. In the near term, we will continue to utilize existing TAL and Triton fleet management systems until we are able to migrate onto one platform. During this integration process you will continue to receive separate sale invoices for units that are managed by each of our existing systems.
Please continue to pay your invoices as stated on those attached instructions, and I will keep you updated on changes as they occur.
