of membrane pore size on the permeate flux, fouling and the
quality of clarified juice, including the chemical, physical, microbiological
and phytochemical properties. Furthermore, the effects of
the operating conditions (TMP, cross-flow velocity) on permeate
flux and phytochemical properties were also investigated.
