CTC shall rectify all Errors relating to Software by either providing Merck with a suitable Patch, Update/Upgrade, or in case that a permanent correction of the Error is (i) not possible or (ii) not possible within the respective Error Correction Time with a Workaround. However, a Workaround shall be replaced as soon as possible and if technically possible by an adequate Patch, Update/Upgrade.
