This paper studied the necessary number of TCP connections in a Web client for high Web-QoE by experiment.
The number obtained from our experimental results of Web– QoE assessment is 10 in the online shopping service, and
differs from that got from the results of the TCP throughput evaluation.
It is concluded that higher TCP throughput does not always give higher Web-QoE.
We would like to show our future work as follows. Firstly, we try to other Web services. Secondly, we tackle to utilize
our results to control QoS over various networks.
