Please review your performance and fill in 2 parts of PA form ;
1. Working Objective - Please consider your objective you set at the beginning that until now what did you do for each target and write down in column “Employee’s Own Observation” for final review to explain to your Manager or GM
2. Skill & Competency : Please explain your behavior, experience or event that you do in concrete example in column “Employee’s Own Observation” for final review to support the evaluation.
After finished please submit to your GM or manager within April 24, 2015.
