1. Develop direct marketing campaign by analyzing customer data and needs so as to fit
customers’ needs with proper and effective channels such as Direct Mail, EDM, SMS & ATM
2. Cross sell & Up Sell available financial products such as Mutual Fund, Credit Card, Debit
Dard, Deposits, Saving Account and Main Operating Bank Product to maximize Product
Holdings of existing customers, new customers and make Kasikorn Bank as their main
bank.
3. Liaise with all related units to ensure the target and marketing activities are delivered.
4. Evaluate effectiveness of the campaign, in term of response rate, revenue generating, new
account booking, product holding
