RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer / make telephone calls from / to customers
• Receive claims form and documents from walk-in customers
• Review customers’ claim and print out related benefits schedule(s)
• Prepare and send out letters to customers / hospitals
• Mapping additional claim supporting document (s) to its/their file and forward to the responsible loss adjuster
• Process medical expenses and/or hospital income benefit claims
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree in any field
• No experience is required (new graduate is welcome)
• Capable of operating PC and MS office
• Capable of working under pressure
• Trustworthy and service-minded
• Very good of English for listening, speaking, reading and writing
