1. If a customer appears to become intoxicated during the flight, the Flight Attendant should notify the Captain.
• All employees should be as tactful and discreet as possible when dealing with a customer who appears to be intoxicated.
• Conversation in the presence of others should be held to a minimum.
1. The senior cabin attendant shall in form the pilot-in-command immediately.
2. The pilot-in-command may, when necessary, take such measures as restraint or removal of the passenger concerned. In this case, the pilot-in-command shall try to obtain a third party witness. When a physician is available, the pilot-in-command shall arrange to obtain a medical report.
Upon landing, the pilot-in-command should complete submit a captain's report.
