The abdominal ultrasound reveals multiple cystic lesion bout 1.5 to 2 cm with internal echoic contents scatter at both hepatic lobes. Dominant lesion is about 4.2 cm at anterior segment of right hepatic lobe. The gallbladder is normally distended. No gallstone. No diiatation of bile duct spleen and pancreas appear normal. Both kidneys are normal in size and echogeneity. No hydronephrosis. Moderate amount of ascites no enlarged node no evidence of intussusception. No bowel mass. No dilatation of bowel
Impression : multiple hepatic abscesses should be considered.
DDx: Multiple infected hepatic cysts or hydrated cysts, less likely
