it is hardware equipment business. I have to source new supplier in oversea for comparing the best price best quality. And provide shipping documents. I worked here 1 year. Later, I worked as export sales around 5 years.
my responsibilites are to coordinate with company section and customers. To determining and maintaining a good relationship with existing clients. And find new from participating in Fair. both of inside and outside country. Such as BiG& BiH F...................... To provide quotation , PI, cI, PL and shipping mark. sometimes including barcode and label as customer's requirement.
and now I work as assistant oversea purchasing manager. My duties are
Contact oversea supplier to get quotation, delivery on time.
Prepare database of cost of product after add any expense, team of payment and any information which concern and present Purchasing Manager on consideration and decision.
Co-ordinate with shipping broker on Customs, Excise Clearance and use benefit on FTA,
Manage procurement including negotiations with various suppliers
Building up and maintaining a long-term relationship with the suppliers
Check the quality of the supplier’s products
Issue & supervise the delivery and purchase in time
