This study was aimed to study the training curriculum of village health volunteer, using systems thinking process and humanize health care concept.200 village health volunteers were used as samples. Training curriculum program was provided for 5 days. Researchers used participatory observation, in-depth interview and lesson-learned process to examine the feasibility of using systems thinking process and humanized healthcare concept for village health volunteers training. The results showed that: (1) The curriculum will be appropriate and respond to the community needs by solving the community healthcare problems. (2) Master teacher gained knowledge and skill after participated in training curriculum. (56.41%) (3) The training curriculum linked to plan management of solving the community healthcare problems. Key success factors of this study were effectiveness of training curriculum, cooperative of network, ability local public health professional and ability of village health volunteers.
