of NIRS reflectance analysis (oven-dried milk using the DESIR
method) to predict milk FA contents and groups of fats in milk
samples from individual goats. (b) To directly predict the AI and
TI and the n-6/n-3 ratio of goat milk. (c) To compare the calibration
results in two milk analysis modes, reflectance and transflectance
