I think Rasidah has triggered “replacement cost letter” (as attachment), equivalent to “claim form” to you so for any subsequent claims’ follow-up, you need to liaise with claims@singpost.com or rasidah@singpost.com ONLY. Please DO NOT send email to registeredmail@singpost.com or cs_corporate@singpost.com as they are channels for “enquiries or enquiry escalation” so they don’t really know what is happening in Claims Team.
