Background of the word "official" (Bureaucracy)
The "Bureaucracy" is a term thought up in the early 18th century by the French economist named "Vincent De Gournet. Bureaucracy really does not have a new meaning but it means just not having a king Monarchy to rule and no aristocracy or democracy , but it is a government officials because the word "bureau" means "office" which working staff and "cracy" means "rule.
Sometimes "Bureaucracy" is defined as "an organization official" and refers to the system of relations in the command defined by the rules evolved reasonably.
