The topic motivation is of utmost importance whenever it isconsidered in context of performance of an individual. Bishop[47] conducted research on the employee performance andconcluded that reward and recognition of performance of anemployee affects employee productivity. Employeeperformance is influenced by motivation because motivatedemployees work with more effort which ultimately improvesthe performance [48]. Work performance of the employeedepends on the consistency of subjective (motivation, skills)and objective (working conditions) performance factors. Theemployee performance is strongly influenced by theirmotivation.
