necessary procedures to ensure that the gains from the project will be institutionalized. That is,

will be implemented in other similar processes in the business.
The process owner should be provided with before-and-after data on key process metrics,
operations and training documents, and updated current process maps. The financial benefits
of the project should be quantified. The process control plan should be a system for monitoring
the solution that has been implemented, including methods and metrics for periodic auditing.

The transition plan for the process owner should include a validation check several months
after project completion. It is important to ensure that the original results are still in place
