A watch needs regular servicing like any other mechanical device. This will ensure that the watch will continue to run smoothly and lengthens its lifetime.

The regular after-sales service provided by Pendulum’s After-sale Service Center are as follows.


Change of Battery for a quartz movement
starting from Baht 500+
This service includes:
• Changing of battery
• Cleaning of contacts
• Consumption of movement testing
• Resistance of coil testing
• Testing for water resistance (for water-resistant watches only)

Complete Service (excluding parts & polishing)
starting from Baht 3,000 +
This service includes:
• Completely dismantling the watch and movement, cleaning all
parts, reassembling movement of the watch, oiling, adjusting
movement and putting through final tolerance for accuracy tests
• Fitting a completely new set of seals
• Consumption of movement testing (for quartz movements only)
• Resistance of coil testing (for quartz movements only)
• Testing for water resistance (for water-resistant watches only)
• Cleaning of case and bracelet

Maintenance Service (excluding parts & polishing)
starting from Baht 2,300 +
This service includes:
• Assessment of watch condition
(recommendation given if complete service is needed)
• Oiling and adjusting movement
• Fitting a completely new set of seals
• Consumption of movement testing (for quartz movements only)
• Resistance of coil testing (for quartz movements only)
• Testing for water resistance (for water-resistant watches only)
• Cleaning of case and bracelet

Our service center also provides repair for most watch brands. Prices above are guidelines only. Quotation of repair will be given when the watch has been evaluated by our watch technician. Watches can be dropped off at all our retail shops or directly to our service center at;
