DELIVERY INFORMATION
DPD
From January 2015 we will be working with DPD to delivery goods within Europe. DPD are specialists in delivering goods to customers and with this new partnership we expect a much higher standard of service. Below are a breakdown of costs and time scales for delivery.
UK SHIPPING VIA DPD (WEEKDAY) – £4.50 – Order before noon and we will try our best to deliver your goods the next working day (Mon-Thurs.) Orders usually take 1-3 working days.
UK SHIPPING VIA DPD (WEEKENDS) – £9.00 – A new service, you can now select this service for a weekend delivery. Order before noon Friday for that weekend.
EURO SHIPPING VIA DPD – £7 to £13 – This service varies depending on your location. Orders usually take 2 – 8 working days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKING AND SIGNED SERVICES VIA ROYAL MAIL
Unfortunately DPD do not ship to certain countries in Europe. Customers living in these areas and in the US and Canada will receive their goods via International Tracking and Signed Services via Royal Mail.
EURO ITSS via ROYAL MAIL – £13 – Countries included are Switzerland, Norway, Serbie, Iceland, Bosnia, Croatia and Finland. Please allow 10 working days for items to arrive.
US and Canada ITSS via ROYAL MAIL – £15 – Please allow 14 working days for items to arrive.
On all orders in the UK and Europe via DPD allow 14 days for goods to arrive before contacting us. For Orders being sent via ITSS please allow 28 days.
Customers in Australia and New Zealand can now however shop from www.abandonshipaustralia.com – our new Melbourne based webstore.
COLLECTION POINT FROM STORES
UK Customers can now collect their items from our Glasgow store with free shipping. Please allow 5 working days to allow for parcels to arrive in store. You will be forwarded an email from our team once the order is available for collection.
Simply select Collection Point and which store at checkout. You will still need to input address information and will receive a notification at time of order as standard.
MISSED PARCELS
Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work).
DUTY AND OTHER CHARGES
Please be aware that some countries charge taxes, duties and other charges on goods sent and it is the customers responsibility to pay for these. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package because of customs charges then the items will be returned to us and we will refund the customer minus any return shipping fees and any charges outstanding. In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and charges can equal more then the amount paid by the customers. We cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by these charges and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.
