I am taking time to write this out of my good intention to help improve your service.
I am a loyal customers, have been using your services many times and have suggested your service to others. But I have to share my experience of your delivery service of the device which I have given many chances for improvement, however, it seems like the only thing that has never change.
There is a reason for us to choose specific range of delivery period as some of us has a very tight schedule and lots of other things to manage in a day so we cannot be sitting all day standing by to receive and pay for device. Over time I have receive the same level of service which was consistent that the delivery guy cannot be on time. Either very early or very late from the appointed time.
Today is when I decide that I should make my point heard just so you can improve your service in the future. The specific time arranged for me is during 11:00-13:00 but the delivery person call since 8:41 a.m. and persistently call until 9:21 a.m. in which I am in an important meeting until I have to pick up in order to learn that it's the delivery guy wanting to deliver my device at 9 when I said I can't be there to pick up then he ask then can it be evening? which is impossible for me to do so. I insisted on my delivery period and he ended up sounded amused or upset, even. As if for me to be at the office during my designated period is a wrong thing for him.
Please take this comment for your improvements for the future. A competition in a business like this is crucial that retaining a customer is much easier than recruiting a new one and I never wish for your company to have to lose a client as all of your other service in other process is excellent.
