The second cause of insomnia is unsuitable environment (noise and light).there is noise from the environments .Such as sound of car from streets, sound of appliances, and music from nearby pubs etc. that can make people flinch and worry .And too much bright lights can make the body was awake .that because the light is similar to daylight. People can solve it by managing the environment to suitable .that is turning off all the lights in bedroom or using eyes mark that can block light. According to Yinka Thomas MSc (2013) “Another simple and much cheaper solution is to purchase a high quality sleep mask. A good quality sleep mask is light and comfortable and yet thick enough in the front panel to block out all light (p.17)”that can help people close the door to blocking and down a noise. That is an easy way to clear noise.
