For instance, differences between these two groups were found in the spatial distribution of the frequency and intensity
of SPSs, but also in the qualities of SPSs. Another explanation is that, given that body mass index follows an inverted U-shape function with the maximum peak reached between the ages of 50 and 59 [52], given that our sample ranged in age from 20 to 33 years, and given the relatively small range of body mass index (17.5–30.1 kg/m2), we are clearly in the ascending part of the function, which may explain why we found such a positive predictive relationship. The sample's body mass index range may also explain the discrepancy between the present study and the one by Michael & Naveteur [27], since, despite identicalmean bodymass index values, the range in the latter studywas quite a bit broader (16.3–34.9 kg/m2).
