Base on the investigation from our forwarder agent side, it was found that another consignee in Bangkok, Koei Plus (Thailand) Co. Ltd, with shipment within the same container mistakenly took one of the boxes belonging to Ariya Equipment when the Customs broker cleared Koei Plus’ shipment from the port.
Koei Plus has already been in contact with Ariya Equipment about this matter and should return this box to port for Ariya to clear. Nevertheless, we received latest update from our agent who has been in contact with Ariya that Customs has agreed that the box need not be returned to port and Ariya will collect the box directly from Koei Plus thus this matter should be satisfactorily resolved.

Taking this issue as an experience, Toparts management had decided that future orders for ARIYA shipment, we will packed and strap them together in a pallet to prevent missing cartons again in future.
