We have absolutely no way to claim this from carrier since AWB IATA terms clearly exclude any delays.
Can you please reconsider to accept same. Think despite of the delays which occurred we were very active in the information flow, did our utmost to push with carrier on a high level, and then also delivered still within an acceptable time frame.
Also understand that the following shipment (not via us) was also delayed, showing that the situation / circumstances was not KN’s doing but the actual situation as faced by the whole industry.
