For a delicious and satisfying cold snack, lunch, or meal, soak3 1/4 cup Heidi's Old Country Muesli in 1/2 cup yogurt for 5 to 10 minutes. (The Swiss soak it overnight.) Or try soaking it in fruit juice or milk. Makes 1 serving. For a wonderfully delicious hot cereal, add 1/2 cup Muesli to 1/2 cup water or milk and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Microwave directions: Place in covered bowl and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
