Hi Koontida,
ryanw7983 sent you a message about your request:
"Hello Buyer, I have read your request for return thoroughly and unfortunately I must deny your refund request for several reasons; -I know this is a genuine Iron Maiden shirt as I was at the show and bought it on May 23rd 1985 at Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, Or. -As a collector I’m sure you’re aware that anytime a shirt is “recreated” especially in the 90’s or 2000’s there is a copyright print with the year the shirt was made. There is no such marking on this shirt as it is not a recreation. Also as a collector I’m sure you’re aware that Iron Maiden never reissued this shirt with those particular Tour dates on the back. The only reissue has the Country locations on the back. In addition any “reissue” would be very obvious straight out of the package and I would assume would result in an immediate response from a buyer, however, you are contacting me nearly 2 weeks after delivery. -Item description clearly states- “RETURN POLICY -NO REFUNDS-PLEASE ASK ANY/ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING ON AUCTION.” As well as “This shirt has been worn thin and silky smooth from decades of rocking and partying.” -I am also well aware of the dubious practice that some “collectors” have of buying vintage hard to find shirts, scanning the images upon purchase in order to recreate the shirt for mass resale and then returning the product under false pretenses. Now, I am in no way insinuating that you would attempt such a dishonest practice but that is why I clearly state the return policy in the description and no longer ship internationally. I also find the length of time you have had the shirt before requesting a refund odd. Again, I must deny your request for a refund as the item description did clearly match the product in addition to the above reasons. Now while I cannot issue a refund I would be happy to offer you a 10% discount and free shipping on your next T-shirt should you wish to purchase an item in the future."
To reply now, see your request details.
