1.4.3 Consumable and Spares
(a) Contractor shall maintain a comprehensive inventory system of
spares and consumables, both offshore and in Contractor Base,
sufficient to assure the efficient and continuous performance of
Contractor’s equipment and the Services.
(b) Consumables, spares and sundry materials necessary for normal
operation and maintenance of the equipment shall be provided at the
Contractor’s cost. Company's obligations in this regard are strictly
limited to the supply of fuel and available utilities for the
performance of the Services.
1.4.4 Chemicals
(a) Contractor shall maintain a sufficient stock of the chemicals to
support Company’s operations. Company and Contractor shall meet
from time to time to review the planned work schedule and chemical
requirements. Company will be responsible for actual amount of
utilization. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to manage the surplus
or excess chemicals.
(b) The Contractor must have a Laboratory with Engineering Support in
Contractor’s base. As a minimum, the laboratory at the Contractor’s
base must be capable of performing fluid compatibility tests. Other
laboratory functions may be provided by Contractor’s regional
facilities.
(c) Contractor must provide Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to
Company representative and obtain approval before utilization of any
chemicals for the Services.
1.5 Work Reporting Requirements
1.5.1 Post Job Report
Contractor shall submit a post job report within 10 days after the completion
of all abandonment jobs. The post job report shall include:
(a) Location identification giving times and dates of services, well name,
field, and rig and/or platform name.
