4. On May 7, 2015, CTC Engineer was onsite and set up a remote session for IPC team to action as following;
• SMBC IT disconnected the IMR system and IPC Dealing phone system from SMBC network at 6:30 pm.
• IPC support team remoted to checked and found a cause. It is a Search and Replay permission. So they allowed permission. The problem was solved.
• Tested Voice Recorder Functionality (included Search and Replay) – System is working properly.
